HISTORY
Yongyuth Accounting & Son Limited (YAS) was registered with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce on 29th October 2009 and is located at 373/40-42 Soi Wattana, Prannok Road, Banchanglor, Bangkoknoi Bangkok. Registered share capital Baht 1 Million. YAS is managed by Mrs. Panit Mokarakorn and a professional consultant team (Certified Public Accountants (CPA).
We have a dedicated team of 20 professional accountants and members of the FAP, well equipped with knowledge of accounting and taxation (CPD) as officially required by Thai law. The Company encourages teamwork to be cognizant of changes in the business environment and maintaining up-to-date skills on accounting standards and practices and financial reporting. The company has been networking with numbers of state universities to promote internship students during the workshop semester prompting them to be a qualified staff in the future.
Since in 2012, the company has been an exclusive member of UHY International. (The International Auditing and Financial Advisory firm ranking No. 20 in the world by AccountancyAge) in Thailand responsible for the accounting services of UHY GROUP’s international clients in Thailand as well as facilitating the foreign investors in Thailand.
